Day 13 - Daily New Puzzles

Day 13,

Probably my worst puzzle by far.
Sorry, it's not an elegant puzzle and it has too much text. I worked the entire day and then at night I had a dinner with friends (we celebrated "friendsgiving"), so I needed to come up with something very very fast during my two hours lunch break

It's close to midnight, I'm drunk and uploading this puzzle. Special thanks to my friend Sam for trying out the puzzle before and finding out that there are many solutions.
